It transcends all boundaries of color, race, nation and religion. It overcomes the obstacles of poverty and misery and builds in individuals and societies, confidence, health and courage. Truly, Sports is the ultimate embodiment of hope and will of the Human Spirit!
Formed by three childhood friends, who are also highly experienced professionals and passionate sports enthusiasts, VLead Inc is the raison d ‘etre of their friendship:

Talha Saeed Rana
Talha Rana is the Showman who believes in working from behind the camera and giving the limelight to other people. Though by heart an agriculturist and a social activist but after doing his BE and ME in Mechanical Engineering from NED UET, as fate took him he led an engineering design company, food export company, valuation company in Pakistan but now his main focus is to support the young generation of this country. He has been instrumental in different start ups and motivating the young generation. Despite having numerous global opportunities he remained with in Pakistan and now is working as a SOCIAL ACTIVIST in education and encouraging private sector to support the young generation of boys and girls in sports.
Whoma
Whoma is one talented girl, working on 360 o digital front. She is the oxygen behind the company’s e-existence. After doing her BE in Mechanical from NED UET, she started working for a local design house but her creative mind forced her venture on new fronts. Her creative ideas blended with an engineering mindset gives her a cutting edge amongst others. With the digital age she has joined VLead Inc and now the company cannot leave her.
Bilal Baig
To have a person like him in the team is an asset. He is the champ of multi tasking and is a hard nut to crack. Electrical Engineering from NED , then served Schlumberger and after doing his MBA from LUMS joined Unilever. His workshops and trainings all over the world has given him the repute of marketing guru. Being the advisor of the company he has given new heights and dimension on the digital front of the company.
Fawad Masood Raza
A poet, narrator, historian by heart and by profession an electrical engineer from NED. He is a rare breed of homosapien in this era. After doing his BE he was the editor in a leading fashion magazine of Pakistan but then he did his masters and MBA from USA. A man master of Urdu, English and Persian poetry and narration, a passionate cricketer and an outstanding human being ; not only leads the content writing of the company but assits in all the decision making as well.
